Lionel Bibeau

Summary: Lionel Bibeau about his childhood, his love of food, and his career. In 2010, Lionel was interviewed by members of the high school journalism class in collaboration with the Oral History Project. Lionel shared about losing his mother at 14, doing the household cooking, and eventually his career as a chef. Lionel attended Paul Smith College and worked as a chef at number of local institutions including Gabriels Sanatorium, Wawbeek Hotel, Paul Smith's College, and the Adirondack Correctional Facility.
